The Indian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has awarded Bharat Forge a Rs. 1,661.9 crore contract for supply of 255,128 CQB Carbines (5.56 x 45 mm) to the Indian Army. The contract signed on 30 December 2025, sets forth order execution within five years. Since the counter-party of this contract is Indian MoD, the contract is confidential in nature.

GE Vernova T&D India announced changes in the senior management of the company:

Amresh Singh, Executive- Human Resource Partner, will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with effect from 01 January 2026, in view of change in his role.

The Board has appointed Poonam Mathur as Head of Human Resources and Senior Management Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 01 January 2026.

Great Eastern Shipping Company (G E Shipping) has contracted to buy a secondhand Medium Range Tanker of about 51,565 dwt on 31 December 2025. The 2013 South Korean built vessel is expected to join the Company's fleet in Q4 FY26.

The proposed vessel will be financed entirely from internal accruals. The purpose of the acquisition is expansion of the fleet.

The company's current owned fleet stands at 39 vessels, comprising 25 Tankers (5 Crude Tankers, 16 Product Tankers, 4 LPG Carriers) and 14 Dry Bulk Carriers (2 Capesize, 10 Kamsarmax, 2 Supramax) aggregating 3.17 mn dwt. The Company's current capacity utilization is close to 100%.

Additionally, the company has contracted to buy one secondhand Very Large Gas Carrier, buy one secondhand Ultramax Dry Bulk Carrier, sell one Kamsarmax Dry Bulk Carrier “Jag Aarati” and sell one Very Large Gas Carrier “Jag Vishnu”. These purchase and sale transactions are expected to be completed in Q4 FY26.

Novartis India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 January 2026.

Rane Holdings will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 February 2026.

Nibe Ordnance & Maritime announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 30 January 2026.
