ASI Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Royal Enfield is set to secure a land parcel for a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Tada (Tirupati), Andhra Pradesh. The company plans to invest approximately Rs 2,500 crore for the greenfield expansion.
