| Initial public offer of up to 47,79,443* equity shares of face value of
Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 151 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 141 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 72.17 crores through an fresh issue of equity shares.
This offer includes a reservation of up to 29,503 equity shares (constituting up to 0.16% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) aggregating up to Rs. 0.45 crores for subscription by eligible employees (as defined hereinafter) (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The issue and the net offer will constitute 25.20% and 25.05% of its post-offer paid-up equity share capital, respectively.
The face value of equity shares is Rs. 10 each and the offer price is 15.10 times of the face value of the equity shares.
