| Initial public offer of 3,72,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "equity shares") of Evans Electric Limited ("the company" or "eel" or "the issuer") at an issue price of Rs. 52 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 1.93 Crores ("public issue") comprising of a fresh issue of 3,72,000 equity shares aggregating Rs. 1.93 Crores ("fresh issue") out of which 20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 52 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 0.10 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 3,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 52 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs. 1.83 Crores is herein after referred to as the "net issue".
