| Initial public offering up to 59,63,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Adcounty Media India Limited ("AMIL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. The floor price is 8 times of the face value and the cap price is 8.5 times of the face value.
